The location of the hostel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to popular attractions in the Pest area. the hostel provided a free laundry service for guests staying for three nights or more.

The owner of the hostel seemed unapproachable and in a bad mood, making it difficult for guests to seek assistance or have a pleasant interaction with him.

Comfortable and clean apartment with a shared bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located. Easy access with an elevator and nearby breakfast options. Close to walking distance sightseeing points.

This hotel was a great find in terms of value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the central location. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with a fan provided to combat the hot weather, and two very comfortable beds. The presence of a kitchen was also a convenient feature. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that I had a pleasant stay.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even helping me with an urgent printing request without expecting anything in return. I was impressed by their kindness and generosity. I highly recommend Friends Hostel & Apartments for its friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited reception hours, the overall experience was exceptional.

The location is ideal, as it is quite near to all the tourist attractions and very close to the underground. You can easily hop on the Oktogon metro station which will take you to various places of interest. Moreover, the hotel is in the centre of Pest-life, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and explore the city effortlessly.

It would have been better if the staff provided more information about local transportation and places to eat/drink upon arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Budapest. The location couldn't be better, with the famous Andrassy avenue just around the corner and great access to public transportation. The room was cozy and had two very comfortable beds. I loved having a kitchen inside the room, as it made it convenient for me to prepare my own meals. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch and saved me some money.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the accommodation. It was situated in close proximity to key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at the reception were friendly and provided helpful information about the area. Also, the presence of a communal kitchen was a bonus, as it allowed guests to prepare their own meals.

There were a few aspects that I found disappointing. the hostel lacked a common area for socializing, which was a drawback for those looking to meet fellow travelers.

The rooms were clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the location of the hotel was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff, who made sure that all of our needs were met.

The room we were initially given, as it was not what we had booked and paid for. the Wi, Fi was also quite slow, and the TV did not work properly.
